Returning an Item Here’s How:

Return Process – NETSEG will take care of your RMA:

Step 1 – Submit a Request:

Contact our RMA team at (call: +971-4-5766335email: [email protected]) to initiate a return. Provide order details and the reason for the return.

Step 2 – Audit:

Our team reviews your return request, ensuring it meets our criteria for validity and eligibility.

Step 3 – Ship to Us:

If approved, follow instructions on securely packaging the item for return.

Step 4 – Acceptance Inspection:

Our dedicated team of RMA experts will go thorough a inspection upon receiving the item to verify its condition.

Step 5 – Evaluation

We evaluate based on our return policy and your preferences.

Step 6 – RMA Acceptance:

Proceed with a refund, repairs,exchange as per your preference and the assessment.

Step 7 – Buyer will be notified if the product is replaced / refund via email.

For repairs or exchanges, we pack and ship the item back to you with detailed shipping and tracking information.

Restocking Fees – Transparency is Key:

Non-Defective Returns: 30% restocking fee within 5 days of delivery

Wrong Product Delivered: No restocking fee.

Faulty Product Inspection: If no faults found, a 30% restocking fee.

Brand-New Product with Open Box: 50% restocking fee.

Wrong Item Ordered / No Longer Needed: Not valid for return. Not valid for RMA,

NETSEG reserves the right to charge a 50% restocking fee under specific conditions. Check with our RMA team for details.

Display Your RMA:

Make sure to prominently display the RMA number on the front of the package. Packages without an RMA will not be accepted.

Secure Packaging:

Safely pack the items in an appropriately sized shipping container. Avoid using the original manufacturer’s packaging for shipping.

Attach Invoice copy:

Inside the package, include a copy of the invoice as a packing slip.

Timely Returns:

Initiate returns within ten days of the RMA date; after this period, the return will be automatically canceled. RMA is acceptable only during the warranty period Or DOA.

Original Packaging:

Items must be in their original packaging for acceptance.

Delivery to NETSEG Office:

After having approved RMA form , with all details, deliver the goods/items at NETSEG Facility in UAE. It is buyer responsibility to deliver the return package to NETSEG.

Post-Warranty RMA Eligibility:

Claims may be considered within 30 to 45 days post-warranty under specific circumstances.

Denial factors: Mismatch with RMA Form, Physical Damage,Tampering.
