Huawei eSpace U2990 General Processing Unit 

U291GPU01. Huawei Contact center CC-ACD U2990, it is designed for middle and large contact centers, comparing with UAP3300, the capacity is bigger, reliability is higher and they support video features. The U2990 share the same architecture with U2980, but it is 7U height, 1250W power consumption, can support 1080 agent and 1080 IVR simultaneously. It also has front slots and behind slots, and each has 14 slots, which means it can be inserted into more service boards to expand bigger capacity. U2980 has powerful media resource ability, including voice announcement, digital collection, voice record, fax TTS ASR and outbound detection. U2990 supports voice function as well as the video function, it can play AVI or 3GP video file to customer, it supports H.263, H.264 and MPEG-4 codec. Once the product connects to CTI, it can provide video IVR and video agent function for customer, the video service will give the customer better experience and increase customer loyalty. This is the ALL-IN-ONE solution ¨C CTI, IVR, Report and other application systems can be embedded in U2980 and then one U2990 frame can provide a total contact center solution. These application are pre-installed, this can increase implementation speed and reduce implementation difficulty.
